IN BEING RUTHLESS THIS MEANS :

* IF YOUR ATTACKER CAN'T STAND THEY CAN'T FIGHT!

* IF YOUR ATTACKER CAN'T SEE THEY CAN'T FIGHT!

* IF YOUR ATTACKER CAN'T BREATHE THEY CAN'T FIGHT!

* IF YOUR ATTACKERS IS IN PAIN THEY ARE DISTRACTED SO THEY CAN'T FIGHT,
BUT BEWARE OF FEINTS/Fakes!!

* IF YOUR ATTACKERS LIMBS DON'T WORK HE CAN'T FIGHT!

MAKE SURE ALL RANGES OF WEAPONS, ARE FULLY PROFICIENT,
THIS INCLUDES WORKING ON YOUR TIMING & BROKEN RHYTHM ETC....!

Keep your foot work fluid to evade attacks and for attacking!!

SOMETIMES YOUR OPPONENT HAS A WEAPON, SO BE PREPARED PSYCHOLOGICALLY TO GET HURT OR CUT, THEREFORE IF YOU DO GET HURT OR CUT, IT WON'T BE SUCH A SHOCK OR YOU WILL JUST LOSE CONTROL!!!

Use your longest weapons to the nearest targets i.e. Side kick to the knee or shin!

Attack the eyes, throat, nose, solar plexus, groin, knee, shin, sciatic nerve, all round the jaw, floating ribs, pressure points in the thighs, Also consider limb disabling i.e. Attacking the biceps in the centre between triceps & biceps, makes the attackers arm go dead!! Or a swift kick to the ankles of the attacker (very painful)!!

THE FIRST “rule” IS TO RUN LIKE MAD !
THE SECOND “rule” IS DEAL WITH YOUR PROBLEMS
AND GET OUT OF THERE AS FAST AS YOU CAN!
REMEMBER THIS ONE THING, WHEN SOMEONE IS ATTACKING YOU HE WILL
DO ANYTHING TO GET WHAT THEY WANT, SO SHOULD YOU,
BUT ALWAYS REMEMBER TO STAY RELAXED AND ALERT!!!!

The Head :
Straight butt, left/right butt, (often not considered) Upwards cross butt
(both left & right sides)!

The Lower legs : Shin kicks, Insteps kicks, Heels kicks, Sides of...kicks, Sole foot kicks (both sides of feet), Ball of the feet, Knife of the feet, Knee thrusts!

The Hands : Knife of the hands (3 Applications of inc.. Buddha's hand), Finger jabs,
Straight punch, fist up Straight punch, Straight blast, Hook Punch, Uppercut, Backfist, Hammer smash, Phalanges knuckles, Four Corner parrying.
More advanced method is to add Forearm Smashes etc!! See Punches Section on this page!!!!

All this simply means is that : Even though your moves are spontaneous,
that doesn't mean they are thrown wildly !!

One thing that I find so simple to understand but is still neglected by the old
generation is that, ALL STYLES FEAR THE STYLE (& POWER) OF YOUTH !!!
Fighting should always be your last resort! But sometimes it is needed in a split second! BE PREPARED
Things to keep in mind!
Never try to work out how a fight will turn out, if the situation should arise that you need to fight, just let your tools strike Effectively, Economically, Act without FEAR of what might happen, believe in yourself, keep alert & Never Fight With Anger.

What ever u do don't fight on the street, with traditional kata's in mind as your attack and defence combinations, try to forget about moves and this tech or that tech but let your tools do the striking, Let your tools intercept and destroy Without ever thinking I should of used this or that tech!!!
